How to write a radio play

I found this link whilst browsing the internet, i was finding it quite hard to write my script because of the fact that it is all audio and there is no visual effects used. This gave a step by step guide of how to do it and it helped me include everything that i needed within my play.

The links above are to characters kat moon  + alfie moon from eastenders, i feel that these two show a very strong and positive relationship. Although there personality may be a bit different to my two characters i like the bond that they have and how there relationship is quite comical and shes not afraid to give him a good telling off. This is something that i want to put across within my two characters.

Above is a link to a character from coronation street, i decided to look at the character profile for him because i feel that he is like the sort of personality that i want to show with the main man in my play. My character is very loud and boystrous and a very masculine man and this is the personality that jason portays in his character in coronation street.

Above is a link to a character profile of maria connor from coronation street. I have looked at her to create my character because i feel that her personality is one that will match the personality i am builiding in my main woman character. I want her to be friendly and happy go lucky but also have that strong side about her and shes not afraid to say what she thinks.
